You look around at all the scenery as you ride past. Something tells you that you aren't likely to see it again, at least for some time. You feel a faint stab of pain - this place is beautiful, and so peaceful.
Star gives a soft whinny, as though sensing your thoughts. You look down at her, thinking, not for the first time, that she may not be an ordinary horse - she seems much more intelligent than that.
Presently, you hear the sound of footsteps. Glancing up, you see a young woman approaching from the opposite direction. She doesn't seem to have noticed you yet.
What do you want to do?
