The Ninja Epidemic
You go to see James. When you knock on the door it swings silently inward as if it hadn't been closed all the way. When you step inside, all the lights are off and the house is strangely silent.
"Hey James!" you hear your voice echo back to you as you make your way up the stairs. First door to the right is James' room. The door is closed, so you figure he's still sleeping off the same hangover that you're fighting. You bang on his door, but there is no answer. Assuming he's not there, you decide to leave a message on his computer.
You open the door, and there he is. Layed out on his bed, still in his clothes from last night, looking like he's still drunk. Exasperated, you say "Fool, I've been trying to wake you for five minutes now. Get up." When he still does not answer, you shake him, but as you do you see a small knife protruding from the right side of his throat, and he's horridly limp.
You step back, shocked. Fear sits in heavy a lump in your throat. Beside the bed is his phone. You pick it up without thinking and begin to dial. Who do you call?
