Alien Abduction!!1!

Ok, obviously you're a little messed up, I mean, come on... What are you going to do, gag her? Well, that's exactly what you do, you chuck that toothbrush as hard as you can right into her mouth, straight down her huge throat! She immediately snaps her jaws shut, making startled choking noises. She backs up to the wall, slamming her back against it repeatedly, trying to dislodge the plaque-reducing tool from her windpipe. But it just isn't working. She slumps to the ground and turns... um... darker green. You watch her for a bit. So now's your chance to get out! She can't stop you from running right out that door! So... what ya gonna do?
