You back away from the relentless beast, throwing your sword in between you and it. Hunter holds the torch toward it and swings it horizontally repeatedly. The beast continues its charge, so Hunter levels a swing at it. The flame sears into its skin, melting flesh and allowing blood to spill out from it. Yet it continues pressing forward, grabbing Hunter with its elongated arms. They grasp around his head and swing upwards, smashing it against the roof of the tunnel.

His body twitches and his arm flails around wildly. He might still be alive.
