Just Another Day

As you enter your next class, you realize that you left your water bottle at your last one. There’s not enough time to go back and get it because you usually just slip into your seat as soon as the class starts. The bell rings and you hopelessly slump down in your metal chair and wait for Mr. Clark to start talking.

“Alright class, let’s get started on your worksheet that I’ll pass out in a minute. You’ll watch this video and answer some questions along the way. Alright, let me pass this out, here, here you go, stop talking, here, you don’t get one, just kidding, here, put that away...”

As Mr. Clark continued to pass around the worksheet, you ask him if you can go grab something.

“Sure, as long as your back before the video is over. You’ll turn this in at the end of class,” He turned away and announced to the class, “By the way, you’ll be turning this in for completion at the end.”

He walked back to his desk and pressed play. As you leave, he asks you to hit the lights. The door closes behind you and you start to get your water bottle when you notice that your jacket isn’t around your waist. You believe you left it in the gym when you took it off to play dodge ball but you aren’t sure. Which one should you grab?
