Tails can do things that Sonic can't, so maybe he can get to the bottom of this mess.

First, you must fill in Tails' Vital and Combat stats, just as you did Sonic's.

Starting POW Attacks:
Scan - Tails scans his enemy to find a weak point, causing double damage (Cost 4)
Tinker - Sabotage robotic enemies to lower their Luck by 2 Cost: 4

Shield Bot - A small robot equipped with a Force Screen that boosts Defense by 5 Cost: 5

Adrenaline Rush - A temporal field that allows for an extra attack on the turn it was used Cost: 5

Special Abilities:
Flight: Tails has the amazing ability to use his twin tails as a makeshift helicopter. Tails' Strength stat applies for this. Keep in mind some characters and objects deplete from this total further.

Swim: Using his inborn canine ability to doggie paddle, Tails can cross small bodies of water that Sonic cannot.

Starting Items:
Mint Candy: Tails' favorite candy! He has five pieces which can each restore 2 back to his health and 3 back to his POW Points. Other pieces can be found around the island thanks to the Badniks scattering his item bag. They can be consumed during combat as a combat turn. Cannot heal injuries.

Wrench: Adds +2 to Tails' Luck when determining the success of his Tinker ability.

Starting Ability Bonuses:
Tech Geek - +2 to Quick Wits
Boost of Confidence - +2 to Cool Factor
Sonic Training - +2 to Speed
