The Galactic Adventures of Pierce Darkblade
You agree with Baldee that the upper class of Freevus must pay for their cruelty toward the poor. Baldee lets out a hearty laugh and pulls you in tightly to his powerful heaving chest, his neon orange eyes seem to be sparkling to your response.
"If we succeed my human friend, my family and all the families of the great commune will be able to live indoors! Our fate will not be decided by birth but what we make of ourselves!"
You smile at Baldees joy, hoping that your plan works. You head back to the Pachyderm, telling the crew the situation. As always you have their full support. The security team begins to hand out extra laser pistols and rifles to some of the leaders of this Freevian revolt, including Baldee. These weapons are miniscule however to the robotic beacon device, which your engineering team has successfully replicated for you.
You hand the beacon chip to Baldee, he immediatley sets off to installing the chip onto one of the shovel bots he has repaired. He looks at you after a couple minutes through thick goggles he uses to shield himself from his large soddering flame.
Sternly Baldee says, "This shovel bot will be the Prime Bot. Meaning that if he is destroyed all the other bots will revert back to their old state of function. We must protect this bot at all costs Captain Darkblade."
You nod, "We should hide the bot here in the commune under heavy guard. The elite would have to come here to destroy it."
Baldee agrees, turning his soddering tool back on, bright flashes reflecting on his goggles. "They will be too busy fighting our shovel bot army. They will not expect this sudden attack. Captain...your ship must also disrupt communications with the nearest Freevian cities so we can bunker down after our victory. The first step is the capital city, the next step is freeing the entire planet!"
Yes that is the next logical step of this revolution you think. Hopefully there will not be too much bloodshed. Luckily Freevus is sparsley populated and cities don't keep in constant contact.
"Disabling the communications won't be a problem for the Pachyderm my friend." You smile slyly.
"HA HA! Rest up Captain, you have helped us much but tomorrow! Ahh tomorrow is a day of great change for me and my people!"
You pat Baldee on the shoulder proudly and decide to sleep that night in one of the commune tents to show the Freevians that you have invested in their freedom. Tomorrow the beacon device will be activated and the attack on the capital will begin!
