The Island of Destiny
"What?" Marya asks incredulously. "You won't help me find water? What kind of indecent person are you?!"
After yelling in your face, Marya takes off into the jungle, barely able to stay on her feet. You watch her disappear into the trees, then you shrug and forget about her. Whatever her deal is, it's really not your problem. After all, you just want to find a way off this island. Content with that goal in mind, you take off down the beach past the cliffs.
A while later, you come to a rowboat parked on the beach. It looks to be abandoned for some time now and the oars lie limply in the sand next to the boat. You see a small trail etched into the jungle from here, but should you follow it? Or should you continue down the beach?
