You can't learn medicine in four years at a normal pace, so you go for the accelerated pace. Instead of attending class for four hours a day, you take super-dooper advanced classes for twelve hours a day. That's three times faster than usual, and you're likely to finish in four years, wow!

So you take twelve-hour classes, obtain an outrageously large amount of homework, and do the homework at your free time. You barely eat, nor sleep, nor bathe (YOU STINK!) nor have a social life (your girlfriend leaves you for a lesbian chick because you don't have time for her), but you're very determined to become a doctor in four years so you don't care.

In four years, you earn your diploma. Summa cum laude, you're one smart shit! And then you're diagnosed with brain hemorrhage because of the inhuman workload you forced into your weak brain. You're now vomitting the fluids that are supposed to be in your brain. What do you do?
