Darkness and Light

You breathe deeply, clasping your hands together high over your head. Then, with a shriek that surprised even yourself, your fists come down like a hammer smashing into the back of Tagon's head. It turns to dust, and the rest of his body quickly follows.

Vampire bones are ten times harder than human bones, and there should have been impossible to do what you just accomplished. You stare at your small hands in amazement, and a little fear, but you are quickly getting accustomed to quenching your weaker emotions.

Your only regret as you fly into the night, is that Tagon met such a quick, painless demise.
