With your free hand you reach into your back pocket and withdraw a wad of cash. Reluctantly, you hand it to the barkeep. Betty Lou flashes a smile fit to melt a lesser man's heart as she detaches herself from your side only to lead you upstairs by the hand.

You step into a room with her and she closes the door, then snuffs out the candle. You get your money's worth and then some.
