Alinore pulled her hand away from his kiss. Did he think a few sweet words and courtly gestures would have her swooning into his arms? Hardly!
The Baron took note of Alinore's attitude and looked at her sharply. "I trust you will show Sir Guy All due courtesy my Dear Alinore. He will be staying with us for a while, and he is to be treated as a guest."
