"If you aren't hungry, I'll just rub your feet then!" Alinore recoverd the food and moved it across the room. She came back to the bed and started rubbing his feet. "Is that any way to talk to an Angel sir Guy?" She gave him an innocent smile.
Guy could not help but to smile back weakly. "Did I really say you were an angel?" She replied only with a smile. "You must be an angel for taking care of me when I am so miserable."
They spent the rest of the evening talking and sitting together. It was nearly dawn when Alinore left him to go to sleep.
Late the next morning, Alinore wakes and goes down to the Hall. She see's her mother and asks about Sir Guy. "He is recovering nicely, but he will have to stay off of his feet until his head stops hurting and his appetite comes back, Why don't you go keep him company"
After a couple days, Sir Guy is feeling much better but he decides to stay in bed one more day, if only to spend another day with Alinore. She is not only beautiful, but intelligent and kind. She wins at chess as often as he does. At first he was sure that all he felt for her was lust, but now he is not sure that he isn't falling in love with her. He thinks she feel the same, but how can he tell if she is just being kind because she feels sorry for him?
Alinore came in with their breakfast tray. She has been sharing meals with him in his room for the last few days. His face lit up at her entrance. She returned the smile. "I see you are not wearing your bandage this morning. Let me see!" She set the tray down and stood by his bed. She took his head in her gently and inspected the wound. He was happy to inspect her cleavage just as closely as she by necessity had to lean over him to look. He was healing nicely and there was only a small bruise around the wound "It looks like this doesn't need to be covered up any more!"
"I Agree completely" He was referring to her fabulous bosom, but she didn't need to know that. He grinned up at her impishly.
She looked at him with suspscion. "You seemed to be feeling better today" What would you like to do?"
"I wouldn't mind spending another day in bed with you!"
