Will Richard Save the Day on his Day Off? You Decide!

The two of you go to the nearest weapons locker for supplies. Each of takes out and changes into a combat suit and takes an energy gun. You also find some grenades. Now you're ready for whatever may come. And come it does.
After not having been waiting too long, you see through the door a group of enemy shock troops coming down the corridor. You jump out through the door and hurl a grenade at them. You jump back behind the door again as they open fire on you. The grenade goes off, and you look to see that the troops have been taken care of.
A few more hours pass. Throughout the station, you can hear explosions and other sounds of fighting. Things quiet down though, and you start to hope that maybe your side has won. However, the station's PA starts giving orders to enemy troops. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what has happened.
"Richard," Jake says, for once being serious. "I've been thinking about what to do if this happened...I think we should blow it up. We can't let them have this station. I can overload the core if you can hold off the enemy to give me some more time. I don't know though, should we do it?"
