The Island of Destiny
It gets dark soon and you decide to find shelter under a tree and try to get some sleep.
That night you awaken as you hear footsteps coming towards you. You open your eyes and see the girl coming at you. She found you!
She then grabs your neck and bites it.
"AAHHHH!!!!" you scream.
She then smiles, revealing very pointy teeth. The girl is a vampire!
You then realize that when she bit you, you became a vampire too. You watch in horror as your skin turns pale and you can feel your teeth getting longer and sharper in your mouth.
A few minutes after the transformation is complete you stop whimpering and ask the girl "B-but why?"
She asks you "Did you get the message about destiny?" You nod slowly.
"Well," she explains. "This is it. It was your destiny to become a vampire like us."
Us? "Is there more of your kind?" you ask.
"Yes," she responds. "There is a whole village of us that live on this island. Sometimes we go out to the land of humans and take back mortals who we decide will join us. You were the lucky one to get picked this time."
"Lucky me," you think to yourself.
She drags you to your feet. "Now come, I will take you to our village."
