After many weeks of deliberation johnny says "you have it in the bag" you believe johnny and go to court

During the hearing the company lawyer ask you if you provoked him

You have 4 choices:

You lie and say "no"
You tell the truth and say "yes"
you begin to cry like a wussie.
you stand up and emit a fart in the face of the lawyer and say "provoke this!!!!"
