Coitus Machina

"Powering down," you say as you feel the power leaving circulation. The world around you starts to dim until you are fully powered down.

When you power up again you find in the warehouse with four women standing before you; each with a rifle pointed at your motherboard.

"He's awake," one of them says. They move apart at the middle to admit entrance of a older strong looking woman with a bandaged face.

"Andrew," she says. "Do you remember me?"

"Yes," you say; "I did that to your face."

"We're going to extract your hard drive," she tells you; "And examine it so that we can understand the nature of your malfunction. Typically we have you power down before doing so, but I have convinced them to leave you fully operational during the process."

She paces in front of you, confident in the protection offered by the women behind her. "You aren't human," she says. "You can't feel pain. But I believe this process will greatly confuse you. Unfortunately that's the closest thing to vengeance that I can claim."

"Did our previous altercation result in a promotion for you?" you ask. "I do not recall you being in a position of power before."

"Yes Andrew," she said; "In a way. With the death of Lieutenant Harris by your hands, I was elected to fill her position."

"I see," you say. "Will you begin the extraction process now?" You ask.

"I will," she tells you. "And if you try and make a move to escape or harm like last time; your motor functions will be incapacitated by these four lovely ladies behind me." She stops pacing. "Do you understand, Andrew028-B?"

"I understand," you reply.

As she accesses your control panel you fight back the urge to resist. She connects a device to one of your circuit boards which transmits the extracted information to it's new home. As each bit of info leaves you, it seems that you are experiencing them all over again.

You've just walked into Alice's home to find her engaged with a woman and her new companion-bot called Henry0057-C. You are called an object instead of being recognized as an actual being. She commands you to power down and you comply.

Then you are driving in reverse back through the wall from which you'd crashed, in a stolen vehicle that you park in the warehouse lot. You use someone else's vocal key to gain access to the car; replicating the voice and tone of a dead woman.

Suddenly you are standing over the woman whose voice you stole, ordering her to power down as her blood pools around her. Two other women are on the ground of your doing, a young unconscious woman and an older woman squirming on the floor with blood gushing from her nose and mouth.

You are back with Alice again. She and her lover break from their candlelit lovemaking to look at you. They discuss your defect with a combination of anxiety and curiosity. You prepare dinner, making a wine and lemon sauce for the chicken. You are cleaning up the house. You are in your charging station, running a self-diagnostic that discovers an error of an unknown origin. You are face down on Alice's bed, performing cunnilingus. You are preparing breakfast for her. Brewing her coffee. Bringing her pleasure.

There is darkness and silence. "Andrew," you hear from a woman's voice. "Activate." You open your eyes to find a woman standing before you with a pleasant smile on her face. "My name is Alice."
