The Ninja Epidemic
You tell Rick to block the bridge with his car so that the other police cruisers cannot give chase. He does so, spinning his car sideways to block both lanes at the mouth of the bridge.
You both get out and run. There's no need to stick around for the police when they find out what you've done. The two of you cross the bridge and duck into the woods on the other side to catch your breath out of plain sight from the road.
"Do you think he'll get away?" Rick asks you.
"I don't know. I hope so." You reply. Your thought are broken, however when a volley of ninja drop down from the trees around you.
"Shit." Says Rick.
