You need to leave, and fast. There is no need for you to stick around for his mom to find when she comes home. She doesn't need to see you and her dead son. There's no time to wipe down prints, although they are admittedly everywhere.
You charge down his stairs and go out his front door, making sure it closes behind you. As soon as you step off the last porch step you see his mom's car pull into the drive. She gives you a smile and a wave.
