The Ninja Epidemic

You take the few extra steps and grab hold of the knife, turning almost immediatley for the door. You find your way to the door blocked by the ninja who has so violently ended the life of your nieghbor. His sword is still drawn and for every step you take back, he matches with an approach.

You realise, too late to take preventative steps, that you are being backed into a corner. You are trapped in the kitchen and all you have is a butcher knife to protect you against a katana wielding ninja.

He is almost on you and you are sure that he will strike soon. How do you react?
