Legend

Praising your good fortune for a change you put the diamond in your backpack and continue on your way. It isn't long before you realize you feel movement in your pack! You immediately remove it and dump it on the ground at which point the diamond you took comes crawling out with little legs and disappears into the underbrush! Apparently it was a creature of some sort, and a very hungry one too. All your rations are gone!

You gather up your backpack and its contents and continue, swearing the whole time.
