The Black Citadel

After the door, the corridor turns abruptly to the right. It continues down a long way till another turn to the right. Just before you reach the second bend you freeze as you hear the sound of a door closing and locking. Then you hear the sound of heavy boots stepping on hard stone approaching the corner of the corridor where you are. You have no other alternative but to draw your sword and step out around the corner to confront who or whatever is approaching.

A look of sudden surprise comes over the large dark bearded man as you stand there before him with your sword out in both hands. He grabs his spear from behind him as is just about to throw it, but you rush at him and close the gap before he has the chance to. Now take him on, one to one. Roll two dice.
