The Dragon's Final Rage

Back inside the cave, Jon realizes he doesn't know what dragons like to eat. Reaching in his leather pouch, he pulls out some crackers. Jon offers the crackers to the dragon, who sniffs them and snatches the biggest crumb out of Jon's hand. Happy with the crumb, the dragon grabs a whole cracker from Jon's palm and lays it down on the stone to nibble on it, his eyes never leaving Jon. "Do you like it?" Jon asks, as if speaking to a baby. "Yes, I do," answers the dragon, in a deep and anything but baby-like voice." Startled, Jon says, "Are you a born dragon from one of the dragons of legend?"
