Lara's debt

Lara turns her back on Croft Manor. She walks through the grand iron gates and sets off down the long, winding road toward the city center.The storm rages on. Freezing rain drenches her clothes as she trudges forward into the dark. She has no money, no phone, and no vehicle. The journey to the city will take hours on foot.As she walks past the edge of the estate grounds, bright headlight beams pierce through the thick fog behind her. A lone vehicle is approaching fast from the direction of the mansion.
