Another Monday Morning

You continue your apocalypse of the Eastern coast until nothing remains. In the heartland, radiation has killed hundreds of thousands. You are officially wanted for genocide, and are criminal #1 throughout Earth. What remains of the U.S. Military is brought in, along with various forces around the world. You see them heading your way. The U.S. Army charges at you from it's only remaining bases at the west. Canada's reinforcements come from the North. Various European countries have sent forces that are landing to the east. Finally, Mexico has sent vast help from the South. Now what?
