Selling off your remaining goods and packing up your positions, you procure a ride on a boat heading for San Francisco. After arriving, you locate your brother, who is working in a mine as a prospector for a gold venture. This is not quite what you were expecting, and you consider continuing on to the Southern U.S., where you hear you will have the opportunity to farm.
