A Mystical Adventure

As you feel the vines begin to give way, you cry out to the creature beside you. A loud roar tears through the forest once again, and a powerful paw strikes near your head. Amazingly, the ebony claws miss your flesh and cut the rope-like vines away from your neck. A powerful set of jaws clamp down around the root over your chest and causes it to break apart. You quickly scramble to your feet and watch as the plants begin to fall back.

A growling sound draws your attention to your savior...a strangely familiar looking winged tiger. The creature sniffs at you, eyes narrowed mistrustfully before it turns around and leaps into a nearby tree. Turning its head, the tiger snarls at you and leaps into the air, its wings carrying it out of the forest.

Your heart pounding, you try to decide whether you wish to brave the forest or go to the village...
