"Nothing of your interest. Get out of here." he says and nods towards the door. He's holding his hands at his sides, ready to jump at you and beat you senseless with the slightest irritation.
He doesn't intimidate you. He has around 6 inches of height advantage on you and is about 100 pounds heavier, but you've killed big men before, even with your bare hands. This guy, however, looks like a killer. He's around 10 feet away from you. You could try and raise your gun, but it could be risky at this distance; he might lunge at you. You could also try to disarm him. You're a trained martial artist, so you aren't afraid of hand to hand combat. Still, you are currently a little rusty due to lack of practice.
