Another Monday Morning

For a few moments you stare at him. Then he repeats his question. You point at your ear, shaking your head. He frowns and keeps talking. You keep shaking your head, trying to tell him that you're deaf.
Finally he gets the idea and walks off, disgruntled. You wait for a few more seconds to make sure no more cops are in the area.
