I'd have to comment. Your story isn't actually horrible, the writing is decent, flavorful in parts, and it's only downfall is the story. There's no exposition, no background, cliche door opener... etc. Other than that, though, this story isn't as bad as the previous guy made it out as.
I do have a thing against rating one's story though...
