Just an Ordinary Day in the Life of an Ordinary Girl

A returning smile blossoms on the man's face, and you feel something go a-flutter in your stomach. Damn girl, what's up with you? you think to yourself, mentally shaking your head to do away with your sudden infatuation with him. It's no use, though - as he opens his mouth to speak, you're struck by the most enchanting voice ever. This can't be natural... can it?

"Indeed," the man says, "I could use a 'ride' as you say it, if you, fair lady, would be so gracious to provide me with one. I must fare to a place called Elmer's Hollow - have you heard of it?"

Fancy speech, there - annoying on some people, but in this case, all the more intriguing. Something in the back of your head is telling you that there's more to him that doesn't fit him as a man of these modern times, but you ignore its protesting calls. Instead, you ponder on this Elmer's Hollow he speaks of - and realize that you have no clue where this supposed town is.

You know you have a roadmap somewhere in the back of the car, but it's such a mess there - it might take you a while to find it. On the other hand, you could just ask him where it is, so you can drive him there on his directions. Or, you could just pretend to know and wing it, as to not make a wrong impression on this mysterious but handsome man. Which will it be?
