Just an Ordinary Day in the Life of an Ordinary Girl

"Bad, BAD idea, Amber. You shouldn't be doing this," you're lecturing yourself. But you do it anyway.
Of course, that's you. Extremely stubborn and reckless at times. Craving for some excitement in your pretty boring life. "Hey, a girl needs to take a risk every once in a while, doesn't she?" A fear of taking risks will only get you in a rocking-chair at age 75, wondering how your life could have gone so fast without having learned, experienced and having lived it to the fullest.

After a quick glance over your shoulder you decide it's safe and pull over. You turn off the engine, open your window and wait patiently. You use your mirror to watch the person, that you saw walking along the road half a mile ago, approach your car.
It's early, the sun is about to rise but isn't strong enough to give the eastern sky much more than a deep dark red colour.

As the person is coming closer and closer to you, you are able to see some features. You can't help but smile. "Hmmm, maybe this wasn't such a bad idea after all," you mumble. The guy is even cuter than you thought when you saw him from your car some minutes ago. Surely he could use a lift. There's not gonna be a town for at least another twenty miles, in the direction he is going.

Still, you're not entirely sure this is such a good idea...

He is coming up to the car. You lean out of your window, semi-nonchalant, and put on your most charming smile ever. You say... (choose carefully, for this will decide what will be the story of your life)
