The Island of Destiny
You try to size this Mike guy up and find that it's pretty hard considering you can't even see his eyes through the dark visor he wears. You decide it's best not to place your life into the hands of a total stranger and his burger, even if you are ravenous.
"No thanks, I'm not really a burger person," you say, very politely.
Mike grins and says "Sweet, you passed the test. Hologram delete."
After he says 'delete' the burger suddenly disappears from his hand. You are left dumbstruck.
"H-how did you do tha-?"
"Don't worry about it," he says as he waves away with his hand. "What you do need to worry about is following me. I'm going to take you somewhere where everything will finally make sense for you."
Is Mike telling the truth? It really sounds too good to be true but what choice do you really have considering this day has been full of attacking robots and holographic cheeseburgers. All on a strange island you don't even remember coming to. Yeah, you feel it's about time for some answers.
"Alright, where are we off to?" you ask.
Mike takes out a small device from his belt and presses a button, which emits a green blinking light. A moment later, a submarine emerges from the water and settles on the brink of the coast.
"After you," he says as the hatch opens by itself.
You don't really see any other reasonable choice but to board the sub. After all, it beats being on a deserted island. This could be your ticket home.
As you crawl through the hatch, you can't help but catch the name of Mike's submarine. What is it?
