Joe take's McKenna aside shortly after Johnson's departure and informs him of what Rodez has told him and how he now suspects Johnson of being the mole. Instructing Mckenna to tail Johnson and if he goes anywhere but home to arrest him. "If he resists, incapacitate him at all costs. Who knows how badly he could have compromised the mission already. Report back and tell me what happens." McKenna cuts out the side door while Joe and his partner cut stay and wait. A few minutes later McKenna's voice comes across the radio. He sounds scared, "Jesus Joe, you were right. He was in deep. I followed him straight to the library. He made one phone call and I figured that he was going to check the snipers. I followed slowly behind him, I was on the second floor when I heard the shots. They were muffled so he was clearly using a silencer. I came from behind him, told him to drop it, he spun on me and I blew him away. Never seen anything like it. I thought we knew this kid, he's been working for us for almost a year now." Joe quickly calls in backup on the other line and then gets back to McKenna, "Get to the house, we have to save the accountant." Joe and his partner storm down the stairs as Mckenna's "Roger That" is heard over the radio. As Joe hits the street he realizes the accountants door is open. Coming out the door is the accountant being led out by the boss with a shotgun at his back. "Freeze you punk!" Shouts Joe, the boss realizing his situation pulls the accountant close using him as a shield. "He's coming with me, I'm not going down!" Joe steps out into the open, the sound of sirens can be heard in the background, "Where do you honestly see yourself going right now dirt bag? You have two options you die right here and right now. or you surrender and have access to all the expensive lawyers your money can buy. Whats it going to be?" The boss looks furious and for a moment Joe thinks he might blow the accountant away and try to blast his way out. Suddenly the reason in him takes action and he places the shotgun on the grass next to the accountant. Mckenna run's up just in time to cuff the boss. "Your smarter than you look you know, a lot of men in your situation would have tried to fight there way out and would have died as consequence. I guess that's why your a boss and not just some stupid ass soldier." Joe says to the former boss, "Take him away," turning to the accountant Joe smiles, "You and me are going to get nice and friendly these next couple weeks going over your former bosses paperwork. I'm thoroughly going to enjoy it." CASE CLOSED.
