The Island of Destiny
You decide not to swim in this odd water...you can't tell exactly if this liquid even IS water. You realize that you don't really have a great idea of what you're walking into so anything down this tunnel could be a trap. You are about to turn around when you begin to hear a creaking sound omitting from somewhere in the cavern.
The next thing you notice is a couple beams protruding from the purple liquid. As you gaze intently, you watch in amazement as a bridge is lifted from below the surface. You hear the moan of a loud crank and the noise makes you wonder if someone is raising this bridge for you. But in a few short moments, the noise stops completely and you are left to ponder your suspicions in the silence.
Well, the bridge now stands alone connecting your side of the room to the other passageway across the pool. It almost seems to be beckoning you the more you look at it. It's up to you though; is this place worth venturing further into or would you have a better chance of surviving in the jungle?
