Alien Abduction!!1!
You push the glowing yellow button with your finger. Right when you pull back your finger, it stops glowing. So you stare at it.
And after a while of staring at it, you realize that nothing is happening. You continue staring at it like many people would. Then you press it again, with more force. Then just like before, nothing happens. You're about to kick yourself and feel stupid, but a the room turns red. You look up to see a flashing red light being lowered down from a hole in the ceiling. You panic and try pressing the button a bunch of times again, as if it will reverse it. Then an alarm goes off. Beep. Beep. Beep! You look around fearfully. Will the aliens hear that?? Of course they will! You've triggered an alarm!! You crouch behind the panel, eyes glued to the door you came in through, thinking frantically of what you will do when an army of aliens burst through. But all you can hear is a strange sloshing sound, drowning everything else out. You then realize your feet are getting wet. The glass on the tanks is being lifted! You let out a cheer. The strange breathing apparatuses over the people's mouths are removed by tiny robotic hands, and the people fall to the ground, flopping around and gasping for air. You rush over, helping each person to their feet. They all are panicked and scared and lost and terrified. Soon the room is filled with wet and confused people all screaming and shouting all at once. You walk over and stand on top of the control panel and address them. "Everyone, listen!!!"
The room grows quiet as everyone turns to you.
"We've all been captured by evil aliens! I do not know what they plan to do with us, but I doubt it's going to be friendly! So now we need to calm down and think together to find a way out!" The crowd stares at you, silent. Then one person says, "What do you want us to do, leader?" Suddenly the crowd erupts with thank yous and praise and questions. You look around, overwhelmed, but also with a new sense of power. These people are your people now. They are looking to you as their leader.. Together, you will have to find a way....
