Fan Fic: Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?

Biloxi Light is a lighthouse built in the city of Biloxi in 1848 on the Gulf Coast. It and another are the only surviving lighthouses of twelve that once dotted the area. Biloxi Light is featured prominently on the state's current automobile license plates as a symbol of resilience. It has weathered rust, water, and hurricanes throughout its history. Even Hurricane Katrina, which ruined much of the infrastructure of Biloxi and the rest of the Gulf Coast in 2005, could not bring down Biloxi Light.

"Nah, partner. I haven't seen the person you're looking for," the canvasser replies.

You get the feeling you're on the wrong track. You try another location.
