"No, stay with me. You will be safer here behind this metal than you would charging up that hill."
"I don't know who side you're on kid, or even who the heck you are for that matter, but I have a war to fight." he charges up the hill as bullets zip and ding the metal barrier you hide crawled up behind.
You look around and take a couple of photos as Marines charge past you. One Marine dives down to where you are hiding and begins shooting. He gets up and bumps you as he takes off running toward the hill. Just as he does you drop your camera as another Marine runs past stepping on it crushing all your photos from the Medieval Era and WWII.
Maybe if you came back with an item from this time the Overseer will be happy.
