Pandemic 2: The land of the infected

In the airport, thousands of people await in line to get the next ticket to ireland or closer. Cindy had been waiting in line for almost an hour, no one was pushing in but when they did, somebody would cause a fuss about it and it resulted in fighting, then everyone else in line would push them aside and they would be in the back of the line. Luckily Cindy didn't fight anyone. You, Ted and Taylor sat aside in the garbage filled seats.
Cindy finally gets two sets of four tickets, "Okay, they have ran out of seats for ireland, but We can go to eirther France or italy, and get a plane to ireland from there" say Cindy, what do you take.
