The Island of Destiny
You start walking west off into the jungle, unsure of where you will eventually end up. In fact, when you think about it, you have no idea what you're even looking for. A way off this island you suppose. Or maybe whoever's leaving you these notes.
After a while of walking, you come to a large rock wall in the jungle. The cliff is about fifty feet tall and you notice that going across the rock face is a jagged picture of an arrow. The picture looks ancient, almost like the caveman paintings they always show off at national parks.
You notice something odd laying on the ground, near where the tip of the arrow is on the rock wall. You walk over to it and are surprised to discover a compass lying in the grass. However, when you pick it up..you notice something attached to the back of it.
It's another note! This one says, "Good job making it to the arrow. Now use this compass to find your way north."
Well, should you do what the note instructs? Or should you go off in your own direction?
