Pandemic

When you awaken, you realize you are on what seems to be a large piece of metal. You look around you and gasp. You are in the middle of the ocean. However, you quickly see an island about 500 meters away. Noone seems to notice you aren't with them. You could swim there, but you remember the disease travels by water. You could also see if you can yell to the people on the island, but they might be too far away. However, you realize you must think quickly when the metal raft begins to sink.
