Here you can use different Costumes that boost one or more attributes. Each character has their own costumes, and they each have their ups and downs.

Don't think these snazzy hero costumes are free! Rental fees are included and have to be paid in Rings after every 10 Combat Rounds you encounter. If you want to keep wearing the costume, you have to pay.

Those that choose to keep the costume can access special missions from the SECA Rent-A-Hero program. Do these for extra Rings and stuff! Just approach any SECA Kiosk or Dreamcast system while in costume to access the menu!
