The Island of Destiny
As I was scaling the cliffs the other day, I noticed a small gap in the rock that I had not yet seen before. I was surprised, considering by now I had thought that I knew every nook and cranny of this island.
Well, I was feeling adventurous so I squeezed inside the gap between the rocks and would you believe what I found there? A strange ring. This ring glowed bright red and I found it so charming, I snatched it into my pocket and returned to my jungle home.
That night, as I slept, I remembered the beautiful ring that I found earlier. Entranced, I went to grab the ring but then I noticed it had been taken! No more than a moment later I noticed a dark figure swoop by and run off into the jungle. Quickly, I followed him but to no avail. My ring had been taken from me.
But this mysterious thief did leave behind a piece of paper detailing a couple key locations on the island of which I know very well. One is the western beach, which borders the island peninsula. The other location is the massive cliff to the north of the Green Lagoon. Could my ring possibly be hidden at one of these locations? I do wish I could retrieve it, for I feel fairly certain that this treasure would have some sort of special powers here.
