The Island of Destiny
You take a few deep breaths and lean against a tree as you clutch your wound. You take it easy for a few minutes but the pain doesn't numb any. It still really hurts but you feel thankful because you are pretty sure that you haven't been poisoned.
Getting your wits together, you observe the crushed tarantula now lying on the ground in a bloody mess. There is ooze secreting from its hairy and black form and- wait, a minute.
Intrigued and startled by what you've just noticed, you crouch down next to the dead carcass and your jaw falls down. Amidst the gory parts, you are amazed to find a set of broken wires coming out of the tarantula's body. This spider wasn't a real animal at all, it was a robot just like that man Bura!
Completely freaked out now, you back away from the robot-tarantula and look around you in paranoia. What is the nature of this island anyway? Why are you here and why is everything you've encountered so far on this island a robot?
You notice in the sky that clouds are beginning to form over the sun and soon it will be dark. You should probably seek out some form of shelter in the jungle. Which direction will you take?
