You rush forward, throwing all caution to the wind. You burst down the door, but the Joker's set up a device that causes a shotgun to go off when you open the door... a shotgun that's fixed right next the Jeremiah Arkham's head.
"Ah, Bats!" the Joker laughs, "I thought you'd never come!"
He shoots you in the jaw, causing you to fall to the ground.
