Batman: Gotham Knights
The riddle was clearly referring to something that measures time, and you figure that the Riddler is going to pull something at Gotham City Hall.
However, after lying in wait for a few hours, he doesn't show.
Then you remember that it's nighttime... sundials don't work at night, so he wouldn't be striking here.
You go to the Clocktower only to find the Riddler gone. However, he's left a riddle for you.
"Loud like the roar of a lion
Hot like the rays of the sun
Crumbling the walls around you
There is no time to run!"
And it would seem that the Riddler is right. Just as you finish up the riddle, the bomb goes off. Luckily, your cape is fireproof enough to shield you from most of the explosion.
But not from the Clocktower collapsing upon you.
