Test your MIND and add 2 to the result.
If you're a member of the Ebony Claw Syndicate you may actually subtract 2 you're your result since even they are a little wary of ticking off one of their members for fear of reprisal.
If you succeed you manage to bargain them down to 25 gold pieces, or barring that you can just take the helmet for free since you are currently holding on to it and proved it was already yours. (They won't let you do it with the other items though)
If you fail you'll have to still pay the 50 (And no free helmet!)
