You figure if you want to get this group to be more efficient you're going to have to do it yourself.

This is a fairly straight forward process. The orcs already respect you, but it doesn't mean they're disciplined or competent. Your goal is to change that.

If you're a warrior, you can actually make a lot difference. You actually inspire them and whip them into shape. Add 1 SKILL point to the Orc Tribe. You also get them to settle down a bit, which will give you more time to prepare your attack. You may choose one more option on the pre-attack list.

If you're a technologist or a wizard, you don't really get anywhere with them, but nothing really bad happens either. You impress them with your "abilities", but you just wasted a choice.

If you're a rogue, you can't do much either, in fact the orcs begin to wonder why they're following someone who tends to sneak about and rely on agility rather than fight in an upfront manner. As a result, you get another challenger who thinks he can do a better job and you have to kill him to save face. Lose 2 STAMINA points from the Orc Tribe.

In any event, you dismiss the lot of them and they go back to drinking for the rest of the night, while you go to sleep.
