Legend

Your trip back home is uneventful other than you chatting back and forth with Azoth, who seems to have a lot of ideas of what you should do when you finally get back.

When your village is in sight, Azoth stops you before going any further.

"Okay, so have you given any thought about what I've been saying to you over our little journey?"
"Yeah, taking over my village. I heard you, but I'm just not sure it's worth the effort."
"(Sigh) Your lack of ambition is troubling. You need to start to establish a power base, if you intend to make any kind of mark in this world. You really should've been doing this in Holgard, instead of fooling around in that soup kitchen and struggling against me, but no matter. We should probably start off in a small obscure location anyway."

Azoth as usual is trying to influence you to what he wants to do, but you'll entertain the idea for now.

"Alright so what's your bright idea?"
"Well considering you choose to ignore the gifts I bestow upon you, I don't know if you're aware of the gathering greenskin horde that's looming nearby. I'm sort of surprised we weren't attacked by any patrols. Though perhaps they can sense the power that I wield and…"
"That I wield!" you interrupt.
"…the power… that they would face and know better than to attack."
"Yeah that's great and all, but get to the point!"

Can't you sense the smell of them in the air?"
"Will you get on with it?" you demand.
"Fine. We should seek out this horde, take over and then attack the village with it."
"Oh sure just go in the orc camp and kill them all that easy huh?"
"No, just the leader. You know these types respect power. Kill the leader and they'll see you as the new one. You might have to kill a few would be usurpers but nothing you can't handle."
"Yeah, and how do you propose I even get to this leader without them chopping me up?"
"Sheesh! Do I have to think of everything? Just make a direct challenge! He can't refuse; his leadership will be in question, if he turned down the likes of a puny human such as yourself."

You'd almost feel suicidal for doing this, but given that Azoth really wouldn't want you to die just yet, you decide to follow his plan and make your way to the general direction of where Azoth says he can sense the orcs. Your trip to Altberg will wait.

Doesn't take long for you to run across some of their number. It's a trio of GOBLIN scouts. They see you, but ponder whether they should attack or not. It's obvious to them that you're more than a match for them. Two of them are preparing to run and possibly sound an alarm for reinforcements. Reinforcements that you might not be able to handle if enough of their numbers arrive.
