Before the screaming could alert anyone, you pulled out your blade and threw it at the girl. The next thing you heard was a crunch from the blade hitting the girls skull and the thump of the girl hitting the floor. You ran to the girl, so that you could get your weapon before anyone noticed, and you pulled it out of her head.
